Canadian AMSOIL Price Discount for December

AMSOIL offered a 10% discount for Canadian customers in November to compensate us for the strength in the Canadian dollar versus the US dollar. They have opted to peg this at 8% for December. Here is the release from the company…

In an effort to continue to provide a real time solution to the ongoing fluctuations in the currency exchange between the U.S. and Canadian dollars, AMSOIL is once again offering a discount for all Canadian orders during the month of December.

The discount rate for December has been set at 8%. This means that all Canadian orders placed December 1st through December 31st, 2007 will automatically receive the 8% discount. As was the case in November, this discount will appear on each and every invoice as a line item titled “Purchase and Freight Discount”. AMSOIL will continue to monitor the situation on a month-to-month basis.

Reminder: This monthly purchase discount is a temporary fix. AMSOIL will provide a long term pricing solution when the U.S. and Canadian financial markets stabilize.
