The cost of wiper fluid may make a big jump in 2008, so you may want to stock up now. A global shortage of methanol (the main ingredient in washer fluid) may trip a dramatic price rise in 2008. According to the Ottawa Sun, $5 and $6 per jug may be a reality very soon! I think I’m heading off to my favorite retailer to load up now before everyone else catches onto this.
